The Korea- America Parents’ Association “K.A.P.A.” was founded in an effort for the parents of Korea America TKD academy to make an impact on the sport that has become part of our lives. Some of the parents are active members and students at the Dojang while others are active through their support of KAPA events. If you or your student has not been to a tournament or to a competition just to observe, you should consider the opportunity. Competitions are not just for those who want to go to the Olympics or to the Nationals! Competitions are chance for the students to showcase their sport and all that they have learned and accomplished. All levels, belt colors, and skill sets can participate in competition. The members of Competition Team and teaching staff will tell you that tournaments are fun, exciting and electrifying for the whole family. In an effort to offset the cost of tournament participation throughout the year, KAPA host various fund raising events to benefit all athletes. The benefits and pride competition team members feels cannot be expressed in words. Our school has competition team representation at local, state and national and International level events.
